...hello dear doves!
well,
i. made. it.
i didn't plan to be away this long,
but
life happens!
re-locating
is
time consuming,
exhilarating and exhausting
all at the same time
in the past 8 years,
we have moved 5 times
wow!!
really?
WHO in their right mind, chooses that??
and again i say to you gentle readers
...life happens....
i have come to learn
to meet each turn like an old friend.
open to the possibilities of the unknown
within each of those moves,
i have learned things about myself
i probably would not have learned otherwise
when i look back,
it all fits together like it was just meant to be
but looking forward
it just seems like we are "winging" it
LOL!!
but seriously ~
life, is truly a journey...
do we not owe it to ourselves
to seek and be the most authentic self we can be?
even if at times,
our paths twist and turn
and are not at all what we thought they would be
we can still choose to dwell in the possibilities...
and by grace,
we can walk confidently and know beyond a shadow of doubt
we are exactly where we need to be
it's good to be back dear ones!
i look forward to the days ahead
of sharing some of my newest inspirations
and fairytale stories
and hope you will visit again!
here's to ~ possibilities!!
Hi Rosemary!!!! I have missed you and your beautiful inspiring posts my friend!!! Glad to hear you are well and settled in~looking forward to catching up more soon!! xoxox, Courtney
ReplyDeleteWelcome back Rosemary! You have been missed. I have not moved in 38 years! I cannot imagine how exhausting and disruptive that most certainly is. I look forward to seeing more of your beautiful and inspiring posts! :)
ReplyDeleteSo glad you are back! I always so enjoy your posts!
ReplyDeleteWelcome back! I think I've moved as many times as you. My whole life I have spent moving. Even changed countries 3 times. So I know EXACTLY what you mean. I still haven't moved out of this house and it's been a year. I can't wait to find a bigger house. So far no luck. But I do hope your move was a happy one and that you have the energy to set up your gorgeous style very quickly.
ReplyDeletehugs
Caroline
Welcome back to the readers who love your posts and I count myself as part of that group. Can't wait to see what you are up to in your new digs. Dianne
ReplyDeleteHello lovely Rosemary,
ReplyDeleteI'm glad that you are back because there's nothing I like more than visiting here and seeing so much beauty and softness.
I too have been pondering life's journey and realized that I'm thankful that mine has taken so many different paths.

Sissie

ReplyDeleteSoSo good to hear from you Rosemary and I'm glad you are settled. Sometimes I think I'd like to move(especially when I have snow on the ground in the middle of March..bbrrrr) just to make a new start. I've actually lived on this property for 17 years now...WOW!!
ReplyDeleteIt's probably a good thing because I have too much "junk" to move..LOL

Welcome back dear Rosemary! You and your inspirational, beautiful, breathtaking posts have been sorely missed. Welcome also to this new chapter in your life.
ReplyDeleteAre you close enough now to attend Brimfield flea? Wink, wink...you know you could get in trouble with the likes of PML, Sandi (cottage mise) and I. :)
oops - Sandi of cottage muse (not mise!)
ReplyDeleteWe too have moved a few times and our older children will say that is the reason that they embrace change and challenges. Having to be the new kid teaches you to 'fearlessly be yourself' like your quote underneath here says. Your photos are always so dreamlike and your words of wisdom today are as always... eloquent. t.xoxooxo
